As presiding Overseer of THE ARCADIAN SOCIETY and Founder of SERENITY BOUND SOCIETY, and having all lawful capacity to do so, I hereby ordain and appoint Reverend Marie Stancer™ to the office of Overseer of SERENITY BOUND SOCIETY, a philosophical, free assembly in the nature of Ecclesia, and I do hereby affirm her fitness for said Office of Overseer.
Further, I hereby incorporate her office of Overseer as a Corporation Sole, an ecclesiastical body politic within the venue of the Ecclesiastical Law, Doctrine and the Creed of THE ARCADIAN SOCIETY and that of SERENITY BOUND SOCIETY.
This Appointment and incorporation is made by Divine Inspiration in recognition of the service of Reverend Marie Stancer™ and becomes effective upon her acceptance of this appointment.
The term of this appointment is life-long and Reverend Marie Stancer™ is appointed in accord with the beliefs and philosophies of SERENITY BOUND SOCIETY. As its ordained minister she is required to grow his flock and perform various healing and sacerdotal duties including, but not limited to, the performance of marriages, funerals or other ceremonies at the request and for the benefit of the members and adherents of SERENITY BOUND SOCIETY.
The term of this appointment is life-long and Reverend Marie Stancer™ is appointed in accord with the beliefs and philosophies of SERENITY BOUND SOCIETY. As its ordained minister she is required to grow his flock and perform various healing and sacerdotal duties including, but not limited to, the performance of marriages, funerals or other ceremonies at the request and for the benefit of the members and adherents of SERENITY BOUND SOCIETY.
Reverend Marie Stancer™ is hereby authorized and directed to establish a bank checking account for managing the financial affairs of SERENITY BOUND SOCIETY. Her signatory powers are exercised in the name of her office as Overseer alone and not in her personal capacity.
Further, she is hereby forbidden to knowingly enter into any covenant with any person or agent of any agency of any government whereby she might waive any rights to protection of venue and subject matter and persona jurisdiction and the right to full disclosure in any contract whereby the properties, assets, resources, and funds of SERENITY BOUND SOCIETY are, or may be, placed in jeopardy or out of the control of the Overseer.
Further, that as of the date of my signing of this Appointment, I, Roger J. Renner™, as Founder of SERENITY BOUND SOCIETY, hereby convey full and complete authority, control, and full liability and responsibility for SERENITY BOUND SOCIETY to Overseer, Reverend Marie Stancer™, and her successors. However I will always remain available to the Overseer as a member of her Board of Advisers.
I hereby affirm before the Universal Creator, the Source of All That Is, that the foregoing is true and correct, in accord with the creed of SERENITY BOUND SOCIETY.
